The Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency is dedicated to serving the needs of our clients and our community. Our primary responsibility is to those low income individuals and families who come to us for assistance. Providing a high standard of quality programs and services must be our first priority.

Mission Statement:

"The purpose of the agency shall be to establish a better focusing of all available federal, state, local, and private resources upon this goal; to enable low-income families and individuals of all ages to obtain the skills, the knowledge, and the motivation to secure the opportunities needed to become fully self-sufficient.
