Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP)
Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency administers the Fairfield County Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) Program. Ohio Development Services Agency provides CHIP funds to local governments to improve and provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents of their communities. CHIP funds can assist eligible Fairfield County residents with home rehabilitation and repairs and home buying.
