LFCAA operates several weatherization programs for renters and homeowners throughout Fairfield County. Households will also receive energy conservation education to help them conserve energy consumption.

·      The Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) helps income-eligible homeowners and renters improve energy efficiency, health, and safety while reducing utility costs. It’s available to households at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

·      The Warm Choice Program provides weatherization services and home safety inspections for income-eligible Columbia Gas customers (homeowners and renters) at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

·      The Electrical Partnership Program is a targeted energy efficiency and consumer education program designed to minimize electrical consumption for Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) participants.

·      The Google Grid Innovation Fund facilitates the installation of eligible energy conservation measures in income-eligible single family homes.

·      The AEP Ohio High Efficiency for Low-Income Program improves the efficiency of AEP customers’ homes through upgraded lighting, heating and cooling equipment, water-saving measures, air sealing, weatherization, and appliances.
