RUTHERFORD HOUSE

Rutherford House is a 16-unit permanent supportive housing facility located on the campus of Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency. Residents must be homeless prior to moving in to Rutherford House, and at least one member of each household has a disability. Units range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms to accommodate families of various sizes. Residents have an individualized service plan to help them overcome the barriers that led to housing instability and other life challenges.
